1. Machine price includes: Pneumatic Brake, Inverter, PLC, Safety Cover, Defect Separation System, Basic Wire Stand, Auto Checker, Tool Set and Operation Manual.

2. Safety Level: Basic Safety- NC Brake, Double Loop Stop, Single Loop Micro Switch for Safety Doors, Proximity Sensor for Flywheel Bar, Protective Shield for Jog Mode, DC Work Light, Three-Color Light, Two Hand Operating on Jog, Air and Oil Monitoring, Safety Stickers.

3. NOTE: PKO System, DDKO System, Catcher System, Round Plate, Auto Wire Stand would be required to install on new order, any add on after shipping may cost additional installation fees.

Seller should arrange shipping in 3-5 working days after receiving balance amount

8. Sampling: ( Drawing No)
a. seller provides standard product drawing for test, dismount before shipping.
b. buyer supplies product drawing only. seller design, produce tooling, test and provide samples. Charges on tool design, tooling making.
c. buyer supplies product drawing, tooling drawings. seller produce tooling, test and provide samples. charges on tooling making.
d. buyer supplies product drawing, tooling set. seller test and provides samples.

9. Raw Materials & Wire: Header or Former buyer Supply 20kG (min) Raw Material for Test
10. Motor: Confirmed before PO ( example- 380V, 50 Hz)
11. Air Compressor is required to operate machine ( 7.52 CFM/Per Unit)

12. Note:
Any further modifications after confirmed PO may result in additional charges. Seller is required to inform buyer for scheduling training and acceptance at seller's factory 10-12 working days before completion. Subject matter provided by the seller does not conform to the consent of both parties, seller shall improve unconditionally. If the buyer cancels the order without the consent of both parties, the deposit will not be refunded.

13. Training:
A seller is obligated to provide one free training course to the buyer's assigned trainees before machine ships off. Training takes place at seller's factory. If demand training at buyer's factory ; after machine ships off...should coordinate with seller's round trip schedule and provide necessary tools for training purposes. Buyer can also request a more flexible time for training at buyers factory, however additional charges such as flights and accommodations will apply.

14. Please note that all the bank charges should be paid by the payer and goods remain the property of U Queen Machinery Company Ltd until payment is made in full.
