Used 34" Cincinnati Milacron two roll sheet stack, 18" diameter x 34" roll face width rolls, vertical stack orientation, chromed and cored rolls with rotary unions, silent chain driven with 5 hp, 1750 dc motor thru Koellman gearbox with 18.131:1 ratio, scr motor controller, pull roll stand with 4" diameter x 34" wide rubber roll driven by 1 hp dc motor with scr controller with idler roll unitized with temperature control skid, electrically heated with 9 KW Watlow heaters thru shell and tube heat exchanger with pumps and reservoir.
