Pfm Model Falcon BB, Automatic, inverted, 2-up, (3) axis, servo driven, horizontal inverted flow wrapper rated from 50 to 200 products per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: 1.6" to 10" in Length x; 3/8" to 9" in Width; up to 3.9" in Height standard. Equipped with 114" long x 13¾" wide belt in feed conveyor and 92" long load area, no product / no pouch, with adjustable forming box, 2-up, 9.8" wide x 1-1/4" thick seal jaws and (3) sets of fin seal wheels, 1st set to pull the wrapping material, 2nd set to produce the longitudinal seal, 3rd set to fold the wrapping material has interlock safety, Film specifications up to 23.6" reel width; up to 13.7" reel OD; on 3" OD core. Has (2) film rolls (1) for extra film roll no splice station and 36" long powered discharge conveyor. Control panel has PLC controls with touch pad controller and readout, crimper jaws and fin seal temperature controllers, power, heaters and run, jog on / off switches start, stop and e-stop push button controls and statis light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs.
