PCI Wedeco Model B1UF, Stainless steel, food grade parallel flow, shell and tube membrane ultrafiltration and clarification system that can be used for all types of juices, beverages, liquor, food and water filtration processing from 0 to 200 gallons per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with (55) 3-3/4" OD x 160" long, 316 stainless steel outer shroud material, with (18) perforated steel tubes in the shell to form of shell and tube and each tube is fitted with membrane element, and has 2.6 of surface area per square foot per membrane with operating pressure up to 64 bar max and operating temperatures up to 80 Deg C or 176 Deg F and has (5) sections of 10 modules each 2 x 2 pattern and (1) section of 5 modules single for a combined total of (55) modules with specially designed end caps connecting all (55) tubes in series and all have 3/4" OD shroud drains. (1) 60 gallon and (1) 200 gallon, stainless steel, single wall tanks, with circulation pump and all stainless steel piping, fittings and valves, with system motor drive. APV Control panel has A/B CPU controller with juice stock, feed stock and recirculation flow touch pad controls, CIP, recirculation, drain and feed valve and on / off switches with e-stop. Mounted on all stainless steel base frame.
