Description
Lee, Model 15-20LD12T, 20 liter (5.28 gallon) 316 stainless steel jacketed kettle. Vessel Dimensions: 16¾" ID x 15" deep. Equipped with a tilt out bridge mounted triple motion agitator. Scrape and crossbar powered by a 3 Hp drive, high shear agitator powered by a 5 hp drive, flush mounted sensor and 2" OD / 1½"ID tri-clamp style discharge with penumatic ball valve. Kettle discharges into cart mounted Waukesha model 15 positive displacement pump powered by a 2 hp drive with a 5.79:1 gear ratio for a maximum pumping capacity of 4.32 GPM. Cart mounted system also includes a 1 HP vacuum pump.
