Lee Model 15LD9MT, 5 gallon, 316 stainless steel, double motion 1/2 jacketed kettle with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Vessel dimensions: 14" diameter x 12" Deep with a 6" straight wall. Equipped with tilt out double motion, counter rotating scrape surface agitation, with bolt down cover and (2) 2-1/2" OD and (1) 2" OD sanitary top ports, Full jacket rated at: MAWP of 60 psi @ 308°F and MDMT of -20°F @ 60 psi with (1) 1-1/2" OD threaded side bottom jacket port. Dish bottom with 3" OD center bottom sanitary discharge with 16" floor clearance and secondary butterfly valvewith temperature senser. Control panel has reset, e-stop buttons with vari speed controller. Mounted on stainless steel frame with push handle and locking casters.
