Description
Kliklok, Model PRIMA, automatic, stainless steel, continuous motion, servo driven, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 40 to 360 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1.56" to 4.75" in Length; 0.50" to 2.38" in Width; 2.19" to 9.81" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable unit set on 6" centers, 120" long infeed, 64" long powered blank carton magazine with 3 head rotary pick and place, barrel cam product loader, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, powered compression discharge belts and 16" wide x 48" long discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with safety door guarding.
