Johnson Industries Model CJ-7200, Stainless steel, cheese loaf shredder and blender rated up to 7,200 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Loave size: 5lb, 6lb, and 10 lb at (4) loaves per cycle; 20 lb loaves at (2) loaves per cycle. Equipped with side by side 28" long x 4-1/2" wide x 7-1/2" deep product compartments with slide open safety covers and (2) pneumatic product pushers, with 31" OD (4) blade cross cut shredding disc with safety cover. Control panel has right and left cylinder control dials (2) pressure gauges one for each side and control and product demand switch and start / stop pusher control each side of product troughs. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters.
