Federal, Model 3612, Automatic, stainless steel, 36 head rotary, pressure gravity filler and 12 head rotary capper, rated from 36 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 80" long x 3-1/2" wide container conveyor with star wheel in feed and discharge, 42" turrett with (36) J3 double diapragm 1" OD fill to level nozzles, set on 4" centers and 42" OD x 12" Deep product holding tank with CIP ring and 12 head rotary capper (needs cap heads) set on 4" centers. Control panel has A/B PLC with pump on / off, bowl up / down, heat on / off and start, stop, and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame. Capable of running bottled water, juice, tea and both cold or hot fills.
