Overview

An empty pallet is placed onto the lower section of the
over/under pallet conveyor. The pallet is then automatically
transferred into the palletizing cell and onto the hydraulic
load station.
Product is transported to the Robox by the case infeed
conveyor. Once sufficient product and an empty pallet are
available, the robot will pick product from the infeed and
place it onto the pallet in the appropriate pallet pattern.
Once the unit load is completed, it discharges through a
muted safety light curtain and out of the cell onto the upper
section of the over/under conveyor. Here the unit load is
ready for a forklift operator to take it away. In the meantime,
another empty pallet has been transferred onto the load
station and the robot can continue to palletize. The process
repeats.
