Description
Automated Food Systems, Stainless steel, intermittent motion, electric corndog fryer. Rated from 1,000 to 8,000 corndogs per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with fixed bucket in feed conveyors for the hotdogs, (18) lane inserter with product hold down, 15" long x 33" wide batter tray, 120" long x 33" wide electrically heated two zone hooded fryer bed with 15" diameter exhaust port and reciprocating product removal with 13" long discharge chute. Control panel with A/B controller, push button start / stop / jog, (2) digital temperature controls and heater on / off switch. Mounted on heavy duty multi leg base frame.
