EDL Model FBS24, inline, continuous motion, bundler and integrated shrink tunnel. Rated up to 35 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size range: 5" to 24" in Length x 3" to 14" in width x 3" to 13" in Height. Equipped with 84" long x 14" wide in feed conveyor and has Pneumatic gate indexing, 25" wide hot impulse seal jaws set on 30" centers with flight bar, side mounted film racks and film rolls up to 24" in width; and 16" OD.
Single zone shrink tunnel with 24" wide x 122" long flex link conveyor and 18” in width x 15" in height aperture and 78" long chamber with (2) top mounted blower motor. Control panel has Allen-Bradley controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with status light bar and interlocked safety guarding.
