Used Rebuilt Dorr-Oliver 12L Stainless Steel Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge

Design: Solid-bowl, horizontal, 2-phase decanter centrifuge for continuous liquid/solid separation
Bowl: Approx. 12.6" (320 mm) diameter × 36" (915 mm) long, L/D 3:1
Maximum bowl speed: Up to approx. 5,000 rpm (4,400 g at bowl wall typical for 12L machines)
Conveyor: 70 mm (2.75") single-lead conveyor for high-torque solids conveying
Construction: Stainless steel product-contact parts (typical 12L execution)
Drive: Equipped with 6025 Cyclo drive providing differential speed between bowl and conveyor
Main motor: 25 hp (18.6 kW) AC motor driving the bowl through the Cyclo gearbox
Configuration: Horizontal skid-type assembly with conveyor drive, centripetal pump discharge and motor in place
Condition: Rebuilt.
Reported suitable for small to medium flows of industrial wastewater, chemical and food-processing slurries, and general liquid/solid separation duties where a compact, stainless steel decanter with pressurized liquid discharge is required. OEM 12L ratings indicate capacities in the range of approx. 20 GPM (4.5 m/h), depending on feed characteristics and desired dryness.
