Description
used- delta systems eagle high speed automatic horizontal flow wrapper. capable of production rates up to 240 ppm. equipped with dual arbor film feed, film splicer, printed film registration, accepts maximum 12.24" web width structured cold seal film and video jet 1610 ink jet code printer. 2 up, 3-1/4" wide end seal crimpers with horizontal lines and serrated knife cut-off. infeed is 68" long, on 5-7/8" centers with 2" high pin lugs on 6" centers. infeed is equipped with a houdijk holland 4 row automated biscuit cracker feeder for variable height stacks. infeed also equipped with an air knife reject for over-height stacks. last running biscuit cracker approximate 2" x 4" in variable height stacks up to 2". cracker feeder has ab kintetic 6000 servo motion drives, wrapper has rexroth servo motion indradrives. controls are allen bradley panelview plus 1000 hmi, and allen bradley compactllogix l435. right to left product flow. serial # 5546-002. built 9/2011. 3/60/480 volt.
