System description brewhouse

This small brewhouse includes all components for a complete and fully functional brewhouse. All system components used meet the high quality standard and are characterized by their ease of operation. The two-device brewhouse consists of a mash/wort kettle and a lauter tun, which is also used as a whirlpool.


Technical description

All pipes are cleaned by a circulation pump system.

a) The mash is boiled in the mash kettle, then the mash is pumped into the lauter tun by the beer pump.

b) During lautering, the wort is pumped back into the mash tun.

c) After lautering, the lauter tun is cleaned and the sieve bottom is removed.

A special injection nozzle is installed at the bottom of the lauter tun on the cylinder wall.

This allows it to be used as a whirlpool even after the mobile sieve tray has been removed.
