Equipped with: -- 4 HP Motor; 250 mm (10") dia. x 80-tooth x 30 mm bore main blade; separate 3.15" dia. scoring blade belt driven at 7,800 RPM to insure clean cuts on everything from Plywood to Melamine to Hardwood. -- 2-Motorized panel lifting clamps "grab panel on top edge" for bottom cuts, clamps travel on (2) vertical screws for positioning of panels (660 Lbs. cap). -- (2) LED Readouts, (1) for crosscutting at the middle of the frame and (1) for horizontal rip cuts; (2) flip stops for crosscut measuring, one located on the bottom rail and the other on the mid-height measuring rail. Complete with: -- Foldout shelf at the middle of the frame for small part cutting; automatically shifting material back support grid shifting away from the saw blade cut-line prevents cutting into the grid support strips while rip cutting horizontally. -- Precision ground bottom edge support rollers to facilitate easy loading & positioning of the larger or heavy panels; standard inch preset "beam lock" stations. -- Vertical cutting stations are spaced at 40" or 1,000 mm increments to lock in the saw beam for vertical crosscuts. -- Rip gauge for repeat (same size) rip cuts and (3) adjustable preset stops; material always rests firmly against the "angled" back grid support.
