Burford Model SBIL sorbate applicator designed to apply an even top and bottom coating of water soluble sorbate solution mold inhibitors or similar preservatives to various bakery products with production rates per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with all stainless steel application chamber has a flip open cover with (2) top rows of spray applicators and (1) bottom chamber row of spray applicators capable of up to 11 spray nozzle each presently using 4 each set on 6" centers with 1" OD threaded inlet ports and (2) 17" long x 30" wide stainless steel mesh product belts thru the chamber. Can be floor or ceiling mounted per customers application. Extends mold free life to bread, tortillas, buns, muffins, pizza and many more bakery products.
