60,000 L Capacity Clarifying Tank System with chain & paddle system

2 x Alfa Laval NX418 Decanter centrifuges

2 x Polymer mix tanks

2 x Polymer injection pumps

2 x 2 inch Trash/feed pumps to feed the centrifuges

This innovative tank clarifying system allows for HIGH volume liquid/solids processing with the use of 2 small or medium bowl centrifuges.

Liquid enters the system by an external feed pump (not included) and enters the feed zone of the tank where polymer is injected. Solids then settle to the bottom of the tank where the continuous chain and paddle system drags solids to the one end where 2 x 2 inch trash pumps are located. The 2 inch feed pumps feed the centrifuges. Solids gravity discharge out of the bottom of the centrifuges, liquid is also gravity discharged out of the bottom.

Collectively the Belky has been able to run an effective flow rate of 660 gpm of drilling mud (2.5 cubes/minute) and 475 gpm (1.8 Cubes/minute) on sewage lagoon dredging and 422 gpm (1.6 cubes/minute) on sediment pond dredging.
