This unit came from a US govt. facility, I think it is basocally complete but missing the top rocker arm and drop chain ( and perhaps more? I am not an expert on this type equipment ) I have more to be listed that are shown in the last 2 photos, except the one that has the rocker arm and it was sold to Space-X about 2 years ago.
