Arpac, Model 105-36TW, Inline, intermittent motion, shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated from 1 to 25 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 27" wide x 45" long Intralox in feed conveyor, 27" wide x 24" long Intralox spacing conveyor, 36" wide film rolls, 37" wide seal jaws with 14¾" vertical travel, 30" wide x 20" long Intralox transfer conveyor to shrink tunnel. Single zone shrink tunnel has 36” wide x 19" high total aperture x 60" long with100" long x 37½" wide Intralox product conveyor and cooling fan. Control panel has AB controller, with touch pad controls and readout, start / stop / e-stop / manual seal push button controls and digital temperature controls for seal bar and tunnel. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
