All Fill, Alpha Model PW12, stainless steel, checkweigher with number of packages per minute – depending on materials and application. Push Arm Reject. Digital strain gage load cell, capable of handling packages up to 12" in Length; 8" in Width and from 5 grams to 3628 grams (8 lbs) with accuracy of + / – 1 grams depending on product. Equipped with 12" long x 8" wide in feed and discharge conveyors and 12" long x 8" wide load cell conveyor with lexan cover over load cell. Control panel has data entry via 10" COLOR touch screen with audible response, alphanumeric display plus individual weight display with push button operator interface and is direct feedback control capable, with 100 programmable product set-ups memory and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
