used- huaxing three-stage 150mm (6") extrusion line, model hxsj 150-dwm11. 30:1 l/d. rated 600-1,000 kg (approx 1323-2205 lbs.) per hour. consisting of: (1) 150mm x 4500mm (30:1) primary extruder, double vented w/ vacuum system and 2-stage filtration, and (1) 150mm x 1800mm (12:1) secondary extruder, single vented with 2-stage filtration, driven by a 215hp 1785 rpm motor. one crusher/compactor with infeed conveyor. water bath strand cooling system with dewatering blowers, strand cutter, vibrating table, cooling tank, cooling tower, recirculation pumps, discharge vacuums, storage cyclone. pneumatic storage cyclone discharge. main control panel. 60/480v. built 2019. previously used for pp and pe plastics.
