Ready to ship, 2007 500 HP Superior Boiler, 3 pass-wet back, 150 PSI design pressure, with an Industrial Combustion Burner designed to fire natural gas, standard NOx emissions. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves have been hydrostatically tested. Any component found defective has been repaired or replaced. New control and electrical distribution panels have been installed. New Honeywell 7800L Flame Safeguard Controls have been installed. The boiler had been completely re-wired for 480/3/60 VAC. New High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. The boiler has water level controls to turn the boiler feed water pumps “ON and OFF”. A new Honeywell Mod. Motors has been installed. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked. Any components found to be defective or obsolete has been replaced. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor to change the part is covered. No labor is included in our parts warranty.
