Description
Stainless Steel Nauta Mixer, approximately 50 cubic feet capacity, measures 6' diameter x 8' deep, 60 degree cone with 10" diameter center bottom outlet with dust tight valve. Includes welded side connection at bottom of cone with manually operated 10" x 6" valve on bottom side of cone, with access door on each side. Previously mezzanine mounted with (4) mild steel mounts on side of cone. Top head is bolted with bridge mounted drives, 28 x 10 clamped top cover, including safety grate and 6" diameter flanged opening. Auger driven by approximately 10 HP motor through gearbox with approximately 2 HP agitator arm drive. Includes control panel including controls for mixing mode, discharge mode, nauta screw, nauta arm, rotary valves and dust collector (not offered with rotary valve or dust collector). Previously mixing powder for food processing facility. Unit was previously mezzanine mounted so there are no legs nor frame.
