Groen Gas-Fired Jacketed Kettle- 5 Gallon. Model: TDH/20. NB & S/N: 131786. Stainless steel. MAWP: 50 psi @ 300 F, MDMT: 50 F @ 50 psi. The Groen Model TDH 20-quart is a self-contained, steam jacketed unit, operating from gas heated steam. Typical applications: browning meats, sauces, vegetables, seafood, soups, rice, pasta, stews, pie fillings, reheating cook-chill & prepared foods. Main burner operation/system includes: thermostat, pressure gauge, gas regulator valve, heating indicator lamp, on/off switch. Front mounted water level sight glass: 1-1/4 in dia. Natural gas, input rate: 0.92 hp (boiler) (31000 BTU/hr) with (8) burners. Steam outlet: 15-1/2 in. L x 2 in. W. Manifold gas pressure: 3.5 in. W C. Electric requirements: 115 V, 60 Hz, 1 amp, 1 phase. Jacket inlet/outlet: (2) 1 in. threaded female. Overall dimensions: 34 in. L x 26 in. W x 31 in. H.
