Oven Construction:
Outside:
The exterior of the oven will be constructed of a full structural steel frame and skinned with 18 ga crs painted a machine gray
Inside:
The interior of the oven will be constructed of aluminized steel. The internal conveyor bed and belt will be steel construction.
Circulation system:
One high volume plug fan will be driven indirect by a 10 hp 1725 rpm motors generating 23,000 cfm of recirculation air in each zone. The air pattern will be vertical down returning through sidewalls. The circulation fans will be monitored by pressure differential switches in the event of the loss of circulation air the heating system will shut down.
Heating system:
45KW of incoloy sheathed heating elements located in the plenum separate from the work chamber to heat the air to the desired temperature. The plenum will be top mounted.
Doors:
The unit will have adjustable crank doors on each end that will open to 18” high
Control Console:
The control console will be mounted on the right-side center of the chamber. It will hold all the electrical components and be a Nema 12 and UL listed enclosure. The enclosure will have a cooling fan and filter on the intake.
Conveyor/indexing: Heat zones and load/unload ends
The conveyor will be a 42” wide 1 x 1 flat wire. The drive end will have drive sprockets mounted on a 2” dia bearing shaft. The take up end will have sprockets mounted on a 2” dia bearing shaft with a tensioner at each side. The drive will be a continuous and indexing style gear box to achieve a 1.25-3 in/min speed. The drive motor will be an inverter ready motor. The load and unload will be 36” long each
Exhaust:
The unit will have a 600-cfm forced exhaust on a VFD
Base:
The oven will be mounted on a base that brings the working level of the oven to 36” from the plant floor the base will be insulated and be a skid design.
