42" width x 14" H x 300" L Grieve Belt Conveyor Oven, Electric, 250-F, Stainless Steel Interior

All stainless steel interior with punched louvered air duct panels above and below the belt. The belt is supported by stainless steel flat bar welded in a herringbone pattern through the length of the oven. 1/2" x 1" poly conveyor belt returns on the inside of the oven and is supported by stainless steel rollers. Tubular style heating elements and high volume circulating fan (12,500 cfm) are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down air flow pattern for good uniform heating. Three access doors are located on the side for access into the interior and access to the heating elements and fan. An exhaust vent with slide damper is located on top of the oven. Actual opening is 44-1/2" wide x 14-3/4" high. This oven has a 36" load and 44" unload area. Oven is in excellent condition.

Controls are mounted in a "UL" rated enclosure with fused disconnect attached to the side of the oven. There is a Honeywell UDC 3300 digital temperature controller, Partlow model 1163 digital high limit and Honeywell "Truline digital round chart recorder. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan and heat are flush mounted in the door of the enclosure. Halmar SCR's, Danfoss VLT 2800 conveyor drive controller, high limit contactor, motor starter, fuses relays etc. are mounted inside the panel. E-Stop buttons are located on each end of the oven.
