GRC/AIR PURIFICATION METHODS T400-96-10 Pulse Jet Dust Collector With Rotary Air Lock. -- Designed for approx. 18,800 CFM @ 101 air-to-cloth ratio; about 1,885 sq/ft of filter media capacity consisting of (96) 12 oz. filtration bags; each 10' long x approx. 7.5" dia.and mounted on galvanized bag cages. -- Bags are accessed via top thru (4) hinged doors. each door contains 24 filter bag/cage assemblies. -- Features: Pulse jet cleaning of filter media controlled by GRC PSS02 Timer Board lets collector remain online during cleaning process (requires 100 PSIG). Top compressed air chamber discharges air thru a bank of GOYEN diaphragm valves, sequentially triggered by timer thru A 203 3-way solenoid valves. -- Includes: BIB 364 Fan floor-mounted Blower powered by a belt-driven 60 HP motor. Approx 38" fan inlet Dust discharged from hopper via bottom poweref 9" screw auger feeding a GRC 113-21124 Rotary Air Lock. A floor-mounted MH Transfer Fan can discharge waste into a nearby enclosed container (Not included).. Note: Picturred Dust Bin is not included. -- Complete with: Structural steel stand; access ladder/platform. -- for Dismantle, Prep, Loading. Freight please call for quote.
