Description
Continuous variable speed belt conveyor oven with a flat wire belt. Oven has a 4' long loading area prior to the 120" long heated section. Following the heated section is a 1' long unload table. The belt driven circulating fan and tubular style heating elements are located above the work area. Heated air is circulated in a top - down pattern over the belt.
Controls are located in a "UL" rated enclosure attached to the side of the oven. Omron digital temperature controller and high limit safety control. Control switches with indicating lights for the circulating fan, conveyor and heat are flush mounted in the enclosure. Motor starters, control and high limit contactors, fuses, relays are mounted inside the enclosure. Side mounted fused disconnect.
