• (1) 100 HP Cleaver Brooks firetube steam boiler
• 150 PSI Design pressure
• 135 PSI Max operating pressure
• 3450 pph from and at 212 deg. F
• Natural Gas, No. 2 fuel oil fired
• (1) Feedwater system with duplex pumps
• (1) Duplex water softening system
• (1) Blowdown system
• Gas Pressure Regulator
• Exhaust Stack (shipped loose)
• Interior Lighting
• Operating Instructions
• Chemical injection quills (2), metering pumps (2) for water treatment
• All electric and piping interconnected within trailer
CONNECTION SIZES:
• Natural gas: 2" NPT (1psig required to regulator)
• No. 2 Fuel Oil: 1/2" NPT
• Feedwater: 1" NPT
• Steam: 3" 300# FLG
• Condensate Return: 1-1/2" NPT

• 480v, 3-ph, 60 hz, 60amp
FUEL CONSUMPTION:
• Natural gas: 4190 CFH, 10 PSIG Max
