"All C-TECH series machines featuring the NC control system allow for automatic first (square) cut and 99-jobs storage plus all the other features of the SNC-100 control system. The saw frame frame rides on linear guide ways. This design gives the saw frame a rigid vase thereby ensuring the smoothest feeding, highest precision and lowest friction guide system available today.

EQUIPPED WITH

SNC-100 Control w/5.7" Color Touch Screen. The SNC-100 System allows the operator to easily program the cut length and quantity desired. The SNC-100 System stores up to 100 cutting jobs and features Automatic Kerf Compensation for parts longer than a single index. The SNC-100 System all utilizes "Save-A-Blade" which retracts the material 1/8" from the blade at the end of each cut so the blade will not rub the material while the saw head moves up to allow the next index. All machine functions are controlled from the operator's station. Any length of cut desired up to 999" can be selected.
