Ullmer’s Dairy Equipment has a legacy built on innovation and exceptional customer service. Founded in 1991 by Francis Ullmer, the business began with a single bulk tank sold from his front yard. It quickly grew into a 10-acre inventory of used cheese-making equipment in Northeast Wisconsin. After 22 years, Francis passed the business to his son, Paul, who upheld the family tradition while expanding its capabilities. Under Paul’s leadership, Ullmer’s introduced a fabrication shop, producing high-quality, food-grade stainless steel equipment customized to meet individual customer needs.Today, Ullmer’s Dairy Equipment & Fabrication is home to a talented design team and skilled fabricators specializing in cheese-making equipment. Their expertise extends beyond dairy, serving wineries, breweries, maple syrup producers, honey-makers, and educational institutions.
