10 plate chocolate tempering system rated up to 4000 kg or 8,800 lbs per hour with maximum pressure rating of 6 bars. Equipped with 24" OD x 28" H tempering chamber has 10 plate, water jacketed, scrape surface agitated zones with bottom mounted motor drive and flanged bolt down cover with (18) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers with top and side 8" OD flanged product ports with (4) 1/2" bolts on 4-1/2" centers, and modular turbulent flow water system, with filters for rapid heat transfer and cooling thru surface area of the tempering elements,and mounted on (4) leg 46" x 46" platform style base frame.
