Controls :      

NEMA 12 control panel mounted and wired to the side of the washer. Control panel is complete with fused disconnect and Allen Bradley electrical components. An Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLC and Panelview 300 operator interface controls all functions of the washer.

Description :      

Dual rotary drum washer with stainless steel drums. Parts are automatically fed onto the load chute by an automatic loading system. The drum speed and process rate is adjustable. Process sequence consists of 3'L immersion/spray wash, 1'L drain, 3'L immersion spray rinse, 1'L drain and 5'L electrically heated blow off. Wash tanks are constructed of epoxy painted mild steel. Tanks are 150 gallons each and are insulated. Load/Unload chutes are constructed of 304 stainless steel. The 23" diameter drums have 3" high flights on 7" centers. Each drum has a 1/2 H.P. variable speed motor with independent speed control that has a range of 6 to 14 RPM. Wash and rinse pumps are 3 H.P. vertical gusher which are rated for 100 GPM @ 25 psig. Each pump is equipped with a stainless steel filter housing which contains a 100 micron felt-polyester bag. The blow off section is equipped with a 15 H.P. Rotron regenerative blower that is rated for 550 scfm. Blow off section is also equipped with a 24 kW heater. An inline exhaust fan that is rated at 900 cfm is mounted on top of the washer.
