Step 1: Start the Kaspersky User Interface. Click on the Settings button at the top right:

Step 2: Protection should be enabled. Select the "Anti-Banner" option from the list on the left.

Step 3: Select "Enable Anti-Banner" then select the "Settings" tab next to "Use White list of addresses".

Make sure you select the "OK" button at the bottom.

Step 4: Add the domains "suruplusrecord.com" and "surplusrecord.net"

Step 5: You'll return the the "Enable Anti-Banner" form. Select the "Apply" button at the bottom of the page.
