Step 1: Open up Kaspersky 2009 by double clicking on the red "K" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Step 2: Under the "Protection" tab on the left, find Content Filtering and click on Banner Ad Blocker. A small box will pop up on your cursor. Click on "Disable".

Step 3: Close Kaspersky and restart your internet browser. Make sure your Kaspersky has a gray X next to Banner Ad Blocker.
