LOSS-IN-WEIGHT CONTINUOUS WEIGH FEEDER. 304 STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL CONTACT PARTS - 2B FINISH. WHITE NEOPRENE GASKETS. 6" DIA. METERING AUGER WITH 3 HP SCR/DC DRIVE. TWO CONDITIONING AUGERS POWERED BY 1-1/2 HP TEFC AC MOTORS. THE METERING AUGER EXTENDS 7'-7" FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE HOPPER TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISCHARGE SPOUT. 12" DIA. MATERIAL OUTLET. 75 CUBIC FOOT (USABLE CAPACITY) FEED HOPPER. 20" DIA. FEED CONNECTION. ACRISON MD-II MULTIPROCESSOR CONTROLLER WITH MANUAL. NEMA 4 CONTROL PANEL INCLUDES MOTOR STARTERS FOR EACH MOTOR. THIS FEEDER WAS PREVIOUSLY METERING A SUPERABSORBENT POLYMER MATERIAL (30-34 PCF) AT A RATE OF 2,000 - 10,000 LBS / HR.
