Note *** Designed for the specific needs of the aerospace industry, the TYPHOON®-LD is a batch-type turntable spray cabinet featuring a low-height swing-out turntable with extended access for easy and ergonomic loading/unloading. The swing-out turntable is integrated into the cabinet door, allowing for safer handling of heavy parts or fixtures from the top (by crane) or for lighter parts from the sides.

With its stainless-steel construction, the TYPHOON®-LD parts washer is ideal for a wide variety of in-process or final cleaning applications. In addition, this model delivers a high-volume spray of heated, water-based detergent to clean and degrease mechanical parts to your specification within minutes.

The standard multi-stage cleaning process includes heated recirculated wash-and-rinse stages, followed by a final freshwater rinse. Each recirculated stage has its own dedicated tank, heating system, circulation pump and spray manifolds. A programmable logic controller monitors the machine status, allows selection of pre-programmed cleaning processes, and controls the Smart Diverter for efficient water usage.

The TYPHOON®-LD parts washer has numerous built-in features to enhance performance and maximize machine uptime and availability.
