MANUFACTURED BY GASPAR CANTON, OHIO. BUILT IN 2010. EXCHANGER WAS INSTALLED BUT NEVER USED. TUBESIDE IS DESIGNED FOR LETHAL SERVICE. HELIUM LEAK TESTED ON TUBE TO TUBESHEET. SHELL SIDE RATED FOR 150 PSI AT 300F AND TUBE SIDE RATED FOR 300 PSI AT 300F. TUBESIDE INLET AND OUTLET ARE 300# FLANGES. SHELLSIDE NOZZLES ARE 150#. 85 TUBES THAT ARE 5/8" X 0.065" WALL THICKNESS. TUBES ARE DOUBLE GROOVED INTO THE TUBESHEET. EMPTY WEIGHT IS 2630 POUNDS. COMPLETE DRAWINGS AND SPECS ARE ON ELECTRONIC FILE. ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO BE AN MIC PRODUCT TANK COOLER.
