Note: This unique, heavy-duty deep-throat resistance welder was
refurbished and sold by us in September, 2007 where it was used only
for a specific lab welding project … not production.

T. J. Snow recently purchased this machine back for our inventory and it
is available, under power, for inspection here at our facility in
Chattanooga, TN.

50" working throat depth!

12" diameter x 3" adjustable & retractable stroke air cylinder with fast
follow up air chamber producing 9,050 max pounds weld force available at
80 PSI

Upper and lower 12” x 12” copper Projection Welding Platens, with 8”
machined T-Slot centers.

Extremely rigid lower knee

Initiation is a three stage locking foot switch.

The third stage is present to accommodate the retraction feature of the
air cylinder.

Machine paint color is Safety (Medium) Blue.

Welding Control:

Equipped with a new (2007) Intertron Model 302A "Commercial Spec"
microprocessor-type three phase welder control timer with programmable
welding functions. A new Siemens 600 amp, 3 phase machine-mounted
Circuit Breaker was installed. The existing Sciaky control water-cooled
SCR contactors were utilized.
