6” diameter air cylinder, standard dual acting 2,260 lbs. of weld force
available @ 80 PSI

12” throat depth, Adjustable throat shut height with movable lower knee

T-slot platens, with T-slots on 3.5” centers

Aluminum low-inertia ram design for fast follow-up.

Due to this ram design, the installation of platen-mounted spot welding
arms are not recommended.

Water manifolds for water in & water out connections

New air valve and FRL (filter, regulator and lubricator)

Dual palm button initiation, ram or knee mounted, with anti tie down circuit

New ENTRON Model EN1000-1200E Microprocessor-based Welding Control
with programmable welding parameters, multiple schedules, and 1200-ampere
water-cooled SCR contactor. See below for an optional disconnect switch.
