One (1) used 84" PTI sheet take-off unit, model 842440, with (3) 84" face chrome rolls mounted in a "J" arrangement for upstack operation, 24" diameter bottom roll, 40" diameter middle and top roll, hydraulically operated top and bottom rolls with servo motors for gap clearance setting, rolls driven individually by 3 HP AC motors with inverters, approx. 4" clearance between rolls when open, with 65' long idler cooling conveyor with (4) fans and water temperature controller with 4 zones, with pull roll stand with (2) 80" face x 12" diameter rubber lined rolls with 3 HP AC motor, air actuated top roll, with slitting station for edge trim and center slit, system includes a die gantry that holds die at approx. 45 degree angle to 24" diameter roll.
