Note to Customer:

We would like to inform you that our used boilers will undergo a multi-stage refurbishment process before they arrive at your operation. Each unit will be checked over and refurbished by three different divisions of our company: 1. Our Repair & Maintenance Team 2. Our Mechanical Team, and 3. Our Service Technician and Electrician Team.

Our refurbishment process includes:

1. Hydrostatic pressure testing
2. Full re-paint to original factory colors (unless other color desired)
3. Refractory inspection and/or repair/replacement
4. Full testing of electrical controls
5. Inspection and/or repair of roll motors, oil pumps, air compressors and blower motors.
6. Inspection and penetrant testing of tube sheet

All used boilers are backed by a 90 day parts warranty unless otherwise noted.

Rest assured that you are purchasing a piece of equipment that has been refurbished by a team of industry experts. Having been in the boiler business for over 25 years, Power Mechanical, Inc. has owned, operated, installed, serviced, sold and rented over 1,000 steam boilers. Before a boiler leaves our facility, it is expected and built to run like a new boiler.
