make chocolate. Unit is jacketed and has a solid top with a
24" x 24" loading hatch w/ hinged lid for each compartment.
10 HP, 230/460 V, 1725 RPM, 3 ph, motor with Falk Model 315J
68.28:1 gear reducer and chain drive to shaft. Shaft is 4" dia.
at ends, 6" thru vessel. Each compartment has a 4" flanged
discharge. Outboard bearings and seals. Vessel is 6 1/2' wide
and 20' long. OAD: 108" H x 293" L x 82" W. Approx. 5000 gallon
working capacity.
