The #6669 mill is a suspended six-roller type with an air separating system built-in, which makes an integral system for both grinding and classifying materials. Size reduction of material results from rolls running centrifugally against a stationer outer ring.

Each mill is offered with the following rebuilt and new components, six (6) oil journal assemblies with new grinding rolls, new grinding ring, mill bottom, spider and plow support assembly with corresponding number of new plow tips. Each mill is driven by a 150/300HP motor and is equipped with two (2) side mounted feeders with 1 HP motor drives, new Model #50 feed controller, new 7' double whizzer separator with gear drive mechanism and 1 5HP motor, new system air fan driven by a 1 50HP, 1200RPM motor and new system cyclone.

The capacity in pounds per hour (10-20 Tons per hours) is dependent upon the hardness of the material processed. The mill can accept raw materials to a maximum size of 3/4" and can grind down to a fineness of 99.9% of finished product passing a 325 mesh screen. This type mill is suitable for find grinding and classifying non-abrasive materials, such as minerals and natural and manufactured products.
